This package is designed for small to medium sized businesses - those that need a bit of a push to find new customers online, but which can't afford to pay thousands per month for an SEO agency or SEO consultant.

I've worked with all kinds of businesses over the years, and have recognised that often some of the best (read: nicest) business owners to work with are often at very small businesses or consultancies without huge budgets to invest in marketing. 

This pay monthly SEO and PPC plan is designed for those types of smaller businesses - they probably have a decent website setup, and they have the basics in place, they just need a bit of help figuring out how to reach new customers online.

With my experience of SEO and PPC, I can help cover both marketing channels. Google Ads (PPC) can be used to directly target customers by the keywords they are searching for at that moment. This can be instant traffic for those who need a push at very short notice. And SEO can lead to more sustainable, evergreen growth - but it also takes a bit longer to see the impact of it (typically a few months to see the full impact).

Every agency and consultant is different - for me I am offering this online growth package for £400 per month.

Other SEO agencies might have minimum engagement fees of £1,500+ per month (which is fair - they have a lot more staff and overheads to pay for!).

I wanted to offer this package for those SMB's who would struggle to afford such a high fee, which they often have to commit to for 12 months or longer.

My monthly SEO & PPC package can be cancelled when you like - I just ask for 2 weeks notice should you wish to put things on pause. And it can be paused and resumed if you need to do that for whatever reason.

[Note - if you are looking for some kind of all-in-one mega growth service, where you need a full technical audit of a massive website, international SEO, help on a custom-built Javascript web app or platform, with all the bells-and-whistles... this might not be the service for you! Every SEO agency or consultant will have their own idea of what services should be included in a monthly plan.

My own (very affordable) pay monthly SEO/PPC service is based upon what I think are the most impactful activities that are going to move the needle for most small businesses. 

With each client I work with I'll tweak the exact services based on an initial audit of the website - this will allow me to tailor my offering based on getting you the best return on investment. Not every business needs the exact same cookie-cutter SEO service, hence me carrying out an initial audit & benchmark to see where you are at.

Here is a very basic 3 month overview of what my subscription services look like - this will be tailored according to your own business needs.

Month 1 

- Technical SEO Audit (a basic review of the site to check for issues likely to impact the indexing of your website, or to hold back your search rankings)
- Traffic analysis and bench marketing (taking a dive into your Google Analytics and Search Console data to get a rough benchmark of current traffic levels, key organic terms and pages, as well as auditing the analytics tracking setup for any issues)
- Keyword research (reviewing search volumes in key markets for the terms your subscription service should be visible for)
- Competitor analysis (reviewing the search terms that drive traffic to your competitor websites and reviewing their onpage content)

Month 2

- Onpage site improvements (making tweaks to existing content based on the prior research, for example tweaking page headings, adding more internal links).
- Content audit (review of all content that has been produced on the site with a view to removing, redirecting or improving content to improve search rankings and conversion rates)
- Content strategy (taking a look at your sites content and coming up with a strategy to improve upon it in a bid to grow organic traffic. This is often through creating targeted content for the particular audiences that your subscription box sells to, and will often fall on the blog having improved on any key internal pages.)
- Backlink audit (analysing your websites backlink profile using the Ahrefs.com SEO tool so we can see how your website is doing with its offsite SEO. This will highlight valuable links received to date, as well as showing if there is much room for improvement - there usually always is!)

Month 3

- Digital PR & journalist outreach (trying to get the business owner and other relevant staff featured in the press and media which helps with branding and also sometimes generates backlinks)
- Content strategy (further time spent on this task, continued from previous months)
- Ongoing content improvements (because this one takes time!)
